Café Rouge was once made famous by Bridget Jones in ‘Bridget Jones’s Diary’ and ever since, has been a household name. Founded in 1989 in Richmond, London, Café Rogue has grown to have over 120 sites nationwide. Its French-bistro style setting is a hit with customers with leather banquettes located both inside the restaurant and outside, under the terrace heaters. The Windsor Royal Shopping Centre branch even takes inspiration from the nearby Windsor Castle with its décor, which is perfect if you fancy taking in some of the local cultures. Breakfast is something Café Rouge do amazingly well, with dishes such as Smashed Avocado on Toast, Eggs Benedict and ‘The Rogue Breakfast’, which is a French twist on the traditional Full English Breakfast. Their all-day menu features Boeuf Bourguignon, the ‘Rogue Burger’, Steak Frites, baguettes and fresh salads. A children’s menu is also available which features miniature versions of the adult menu.
